This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Alfa Intellitech, including but not limited to custom software development, application design, IoT development Service, and other related services.

Alfa Intellitech will consider refund requests in the following situations:
a. Failure to Start Services: If Alfa Intellitech fails to initiate the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.
b. Service Deficiency: If the delivered software or service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or is significantly different from what was promised.
c. Cancellation Before Commencement: If the client decides to cancel the project before the commencement of development work, a refund may be considered based on the terms of the initial agreement.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
a. Change of Requirements: Changes in project requirements, goals, or objectives after the commencement of development work.
b. Client’s Failure to Cooperate: If the client fails to provide necessary information, resources, or cooperation required for the successful completion of the project.
c. Force Majeure: Refunds will not be provided in the case of events beyond Alfa Intellitech’s control, such as natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
4. Refund Request Process:
Clients must submit refund requests in writing to Alfa Intellitech, detailing the reasons for the request and providing any relevant evidence. The request should be sent to hello@alfaintelli.tech within 7 days of the occurrence of the issue.
5. Refund Determination:
Upon receiving a refund request, Alfa Intellitech will review the case and make a determination based on the circumstances. The decision will be communicated to the client within [number of days] days of receiving the refund request.
6. Refund Method:
If a refund is approved, Alfa Intellitech will issue the refund using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the approval.
